Good location and great price
Originally picked this hotel due to the recent reviews being mostly positive. We were not disappointed. We spent a lot of time at the little cocktail bar in the lobby after coming in from our daily and nightly activities.

We wanted something close to Fremont so we didn't have to drive everywhere but also far away enough from it when we just wanted to relax. The room was basic which is what we wanted to pay for. Nothing fancy but it was clean which is all we cared about. Only one entrance into the hotel and 24 hour security was nice. Perfect for solo travels
I will definitely be returning. It was comfortable, affordable, quiet, great location( fremont st), great customer service ( thanks Ms. Dee) golfing, pool, safe and covid safety measure are implemented.  Perfect for solo & family traveling. 🥰

My go to spot whenever I come to Las Vegas.  Me and my husband love the rooms, nice quiet place, friendly staff and they have miniature golf course.  Even my room service was great.  Can’t wait to return again in November for my birthday.

Downtowner Hotel FTW
Great location. 
Wonderful staff!
Comfortable Beds!
I will return!

I came Annette my son and his wife and kids at the Downtowner. Pool opens at six and it’s wonderful!
The kids had fun with mini golf, and the adults are close enough to have their fun too!

Wonderful Hotel
This is my second day staying here and so far it's the best hotel I've stayed at. They have a small putting course. I kinda wish the pool was a bit bigger though. The room I stayed in was really nice.

Birthday Vacation
Stay here is awesome. Melissa was marvelous at check in. Awesome to have a 24/7 bar at front desk. Room is marvelous! Soo close to old Vegas. Great to relax- hipster vibe yet Fremont experience like Times Square. Excellent experience and quite affordable. Flat screen tv! Favorite downtown spot
Downtowner is now my go-to for staying near Fremont St. The rooms are comfortable and trendy, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, casino and places of interest nearby and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
The pool is never crowded and comfortable (though separated from the main building), there is plenty of parking, a bar in the lobby and who doesn’t love a little mini-golf by the lobby? It’s at the heart of the revitalized downtown and has a charming appeal as part of the Arts District. I’ll always opt for Downtowner over the higher-priced but less character-y options down there.
