Oasis: Life is Beautiful Festival in Downtown Las Vegas

Las Vegas will be hosting the annual Life is Beautiful Festival in downtown next week. The fun starts on September 25 and runs through September 27, rain or shine. Started only two years ago in 2013, Life is Beautiful is a music, food, art and learning festival for all ages. Unlike other festivals, even the food is curated by top chefs in the Culinary Village. The Learning Series is a set of talks each day from entrepreneurs, business leaders, activists and other artists that share their journey towards living a beautiful life. Speakers will include Bill Nye (the Science Guy), actress Rosario Dawson and Zappo’s CEO Tony Hsieh.

The music line up is not to be dismissed, as it includes Stevie Wonder, Imagine Dragons, Kendrick Lamar, Duran Duran, Hozier, Snoop Dogg, Weezer and Death Cab for Cutie just to name a few. Artists will present murals and other art, enriching the sights and culture of downtown even more. There is still time to buy tickets to the festival! A general admission ticket for one day will cost you $115, and a 3 day general admission costs $255.

If you need a break from the crowds, head over to Oasis at Gold Spike to relax by the pool or The Bar for some air conditioning and your choice of several beers, wines and cocktails. While enjoying your beverage of choice, have some fun in the Living Room playing cornhole, darts, foosball or pool.

Supporting events like Life is Beautiful in downtown furthers the economy and the revitalization of the downtown area. We hope to see you next weekend! Book your hotel room near Fremont Street at Oasis at Gold Spike today.
